Nice cool wet morning with a BIG harvest today October 17, 2013.
Sue and I picked 77 lbs of peppers, pole beans, turnips and turnip greens. I took them plus watermelons and cucumbumbers and carrots from the Germantown church of Christ community garden to the Collierville Food Pantry.
BIG EVENT Monday morning when 120 children and teachers from Collierville Elementary School will visit the garden. All help appreciated.

Harvest total 2013 to date:
2,128 TD + 77 lbs = 2,205 lbs new YTD. OVER a ton!
