This morning Carl, Patree, and Stephanie watered with miracle gro and harvested the last 20 lbs of mustard greens. Carl delivered them to the Collierville Food Pantry. Crowder peas will likely be planted next.
Tomorrow (Friday, 6 June) from 9:30 am - 11 am, if the weather cooperates, we will focus on weeding cinder block beds and walkways and harvesting garlic. Please come if you are able.
Today's 20 lb. mustard green harvest:
First crop of corn is getting tall and tasseled!
Pole beans are growing up the archways and blossoming! Hoping the mason bee houses will be found with visitors soon.
Cinder block beds are filling with peppers, cukes, zukes, eggplants, acorn squash, corn and purple hull peas.
