*to the Catholic Resurrection School in Hickory Hill on September 29, 2015 = 36 lbs + half of last week’s sweet potatoes (thank you Patree for delivering!)
*sweet potatoes from plot 5 held to cure for next week's donation = 104 lbs
*to Page Robbins Adult Daycare Center = zinnia arrangements (thank you Arlene!)

This week the Page Robbins Center thanked CVG for all of the zinnias and said they “really brightened their summer”.
Work Progress:
On Tuesday September 29, Stephanie and her mom harvested 15 lbs of mustard, collard, kale and turnip greens. Patree delivered Monday’s and Tuesday’s harvest of 36 lbs as well as half of last week’s sweet potatoes to the Catholic Resurrection School in Hickory Hill. In the afternoon, Twila, Jan, and Stephanie worked on tri-folds for the MAMG meeting project fair.
On Wednesday September 30, Twila and Jan worked in plots 7 and 8 perennial beds to ready the plants for donation.
On Thursday October 1, Twila, Jan, Teresa, Michelle, and Stephanie harvested 12 lbs of tomatoes, 10 lbs of peppers and collards, 5 lbs of mustard greens. Stephanie delivered the 27 lbs harvest as well as half of last week’s sweet potatoes to the Collierville Food Pantry. Afterward, everyone harvested all of the plot 5 sweet potatoes-- 104 lbs. All of the cabbage and greens and green beans were sprayed with BT and neem oil. Mustard seed was sowed in the plot 5 concrete bed closest to the water spigot.
On Saturday October 3, Jan and Twila continued work in plots 7 and 8.
