Work Progress:
On Monday April 4 - Jan, Twila, Teresa, Val, Dianne, Janet, Stephanie - Worked in plots 7 and 8, pulled rotten potatoes out of plot 3, started filling empty beds with soil, talked intern visit plan.
On Thursday April 6 - Jan, Teresa, Arlene, Leah, Stephanie - harvested 16 lb mustard, 6 lb red mustard and collard greens. Patree delivered. Moved lots of promix and compost into garden containers for intern visit, emptied water out of buckets, added dirt back into plot 3 beds, disposed of hay bales and scarecrow, installed pvc prototype trellis for cowpeas, added diatomaceous earth to some of the turnips and spinach leaves, talked specifics about plant placement and installed trellises in plot 2.
On Saturday April 8 - Stephanie started installing tall tomato trellis stakes and bean trellis in plot 1, started weeding around plot 1 tomato bed, led 30 minute tour/discussion with a community visitor.
