40 lbs of red and savoy cabbage, onion, lettuce, and carrot to Collierville Food Pantry
148 lbs of red and savoy cabbage, lettuce, swiss chard, carrot, cabbage, onion, beets, cucumbers to Resurrection Catholic School
66 lbs of garlic harvested on Monday and Thursday, held for drying
Work Progress:
On Monday June 6 - Elsie, Anne, Arlene, Twila, Teresa, Cori, Jessica, Stephanie. CJ and Dylan helped sort dried purple hull seeds from “coat and jacket” dried seeds. Harvested 108 lbs for Fayette County Project Outreach, Shona delivered. Harvested 25 lbs of garlic (redneck wild, chesnok red, unknown variety). Harvested 19 lbs of red potato from plot 4, held for drying.

On Wednesday June 8 - Stephanie checked on garden/irrigation, killed a few squash eggs, took notes on tomato trial plants, planted some okra seeds in plots 4 and 6.
On Thursday June 9 - Patree (and 2 grandchildren), Teresa, Stephanie, Jessica, Cori, Dylan, Kayla harvested 40 lbs for the C’Ville Food Pantry. Patree delivered. Harvested 148 lbs for the Resurrection Catholic School. Patree delivered. Harvested 41 lbs of elephant garlic, held for drying. Planted sweet potatoes in plot 4. Planted sunflowers. Planted marigolds. Planted a few more cowpeas. Looked for squash bugs.
